BUCKEYE BELLE
Buckeye Belle always amazes people with it's deep mahogany, black-red, cup shaped semi-double flowers. It is a wonderful hybrid blooming early. The cup shape holds a center of gold to accent the dark flower petals. Top notch cut flower and very nice foliage all season long. The 30" stems hold the flowers upright without any additional support making it a great choice for landscaping. Quite striking maroon fall foliage! HOT CHOCOLATE
The petals color and shape form a striking novelty, medium chocolate red, staminodes of the center boss lightly edged gold. Hot Chocolate has a very unusual color combination. Unique flower, broad, cupped guard petals folded inward a bit at the tips impart a slightly crumpled look. Excellent petal substance resists weather damage. Strong, medium tall stems well clothed in foliage.
The question is: Buckeye Belle or Hot Chocolate?
